Mini Tofu & Chicken Patty

This is super easy-to-make patty full of protein and, of course, taste!
You can play around with the recipe by putting different vegetables like zucchini, eggplant, jalapeno pepper and more. 


What you will need: 
- Ground Chicken breast
- 1 Tofe (firm)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green Onion
- One teaspoon of minced garlic 
- 2 White mushroom 
- 1/2 cup of fine chopped cauliflower
- 1 egg 
- 2 table spoon of soy sauce
- pepper 

Cooking Method: 
1. finely chop Onion, Green Onion, Cauliflower and mushroom and put them all in a big bowl
2. mash tofu into the bowl until it is like paste and mix in with veggies
3. mix in ground chicken breast and egg
4. season with soy sauce, pepper and minced garlic
5. spoon the mix into a pan and grill them :) OR you can put them spray oil onto a baking sheet and bake it in the oven. 
6. you can have this with mustard, bbq sauce, thai chili sauce, ketchup sriracha and etc :) My favorite is jerk bbq sauce and sriracha.
